Adam
Shaw from Something Fishy recommended "Sevvy" from Horrocks
to
us when we arrived on the coast in April 2007...
Horrocks
work hard to supply us with locally grown vegetables..
Sevvy
also does the market run up to London every night
to
keep us supplied with more specialized products...
(Much
to the cost of his sex life and marriage!!!)
Wherever
possible we try to buy British, and in season...

Gary
is our second Butcher since we opened The Cider House
Unfortunately
our first butcher (No Names!!) could not supply
Local
Produce or guarantee provenance...
However
this is certainly NOT the same with Jordans...
All
our produce is British, and nearly all comes from Local Herds and Farms...
Jordans
also supply all our fresh fish and shellfish,
we
are very lucky that they have a great fishmonger called Rob...

Julian
and Kathy Moores are both our Landlords and
Suppliers
of our Apple Juice and Cider which we sell to Take Away
The
Cider and Juice are both made here on the Farm and receive great acclaim.
Jules
and Kathy also put on " Blues on the Farm" every year which
is
a
really friendly and entertaining festival...

Farm Products also organise Weddings and Corporate Events
here
on the Farm which we sometimes caters for....

We
have known Alan Snudden for nearly 10 years and when
the
opportunity of The Cider House came up we both knew
who
we wanted as our Wine Merchant...
Alan
is not only a great guy.. he really knows his wine.
Alan
occasionally we involve him in our special nights
and
gets roped into giving Wine Tastings...
Not
that he doesn't work hard enough... He ends up staying here until
midnight
before
trundling himself back home... Thanks Alan...
His
input into our Wine Lists is imperative,
and
we feel our selection is something we can be proud of.
